RIDGEMONT NEIGHBOURHOOD AREA STRUCTURE PLAN

The Land Use Amendment (LUA) application for Phase 2 of Ridgemont is now underway. This step will help establish the framework for roads, open spaces, and a mix of residential housing types, consistent with the approved Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (2024).
The application is currently under review by the Town of Okotoks, with updates to be shared as it progresses.
